Add the Health Coach app to your phone for easy access and notifications
Open Safari
This only works in Safari (the default browser with the compass icon). Chrome and other browsers won't work.
Sign in to your account
Go to the website and sign in with your email.
Tap the Share button
Look for the square with an arrow pointing up at the bottom of the screen.
Tap "Add to Home Screen"
Scroll down in the menu and tap this option, then tap "Add" in the top right.
Open from Home Screen
The app icon will appear on your home screen. Tap it to open!
Open Chrome
Use Google Chrome for the best experience.
Sign in to your account
Go to the website and sign in with your email.
Tap the menu button
Look for the three dots in the top right corner.
Tap "Install app" or "Add to Home screen"
You may see a banner at the bottom too - tap "Install" if it appears.

The app icon will appear on your home screen. Tap it to open!
Open the app from your home screen
Make sure you're using the installed app, not the browser.
Go to your Dashboard
Sign in and navigate to your dashboard.
Look for the notification setup
You'll see a card asking to enable notifications. Tap "Enable Notifications".
Allow when prompted
Your phone will ask for permission. Tap "Allow" to receive notifications.
Tip: If you accidentally denied notifications, you can enable them in your phone's Settings → find the app → Notifications → Allow.
